Job Responsibilities:
1.     Develop and optimize the synthesis and properties of polymers materials, such as PTFE, PP, PE, etc.
2.     Developing new polymers material. To improve the existing products and materials or create new ones that meet specific performance and requirement. Such as transmission loss, flame retardance, etc.
3.     Monitoring manufacturing process of the raw cable supplier. Develop and optimize process of polymers for raw cable extrusion manufacturing.
4.     Collaborate with other team members or raw cable suppliers to solve complex problems and develop new innovations.
5.     Analyze samples to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
6.     Conducting experiments and analyzing data of electrochemistry.
Qualifications:
1.     Master Degree or above, major in material, esp. polymers study;
2.     5+ years material chemical research and development experience;
3.     Strong innovative spirit , result driven and be able to work independently under pressure.
