1: Fluent English skills, can speak face to face with foreigner, Sometimes, you need call them by phone or on Skype.
2:Honest and optimistic character,be good at communication.
3:You should know some mold knowledge and primary tech. Normally, Our project Manager can support you to control your every project.
4：More than 3 years experience in selling plastic molds.Have some experience to search clients in B2B, Internet and exhibitions, keep a good relationship with current clients, handling questions from client. Be able to provide good service, business development, profit and manager your sales team.
5:Be responsible to lead your team to extend more new business under huge pressure, train them sales skills.
任职要求：
1、从事模具外贸客户开发工作实际三年以上工作经验；
2、有一定客户资源；
3、良好的英语沟通能力；
岗位职责：
1、开发新客户模具订单；
2、指导业务员工作，带动团队业绩；
薪资： 底薪+ 业务提成+ 年终分红
工作时间：
1、综合工时制，每周工作5天；每天工作4-6小时；
2、周六、周日休息；
3、国家法定假日休息；
