Qualifications
1.Bachelor or above of Mechanical Engineering.
2.Minimum 2 years' working experience in manufacturing.
3.Good knowledge or experience of tooling/fixture development;
4.Good Understanding of manufacturing process in Design for Manufacturing & Assembly concept etc.
5.A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.
Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.
Responsibilities
1.Coordinate and communicate with design centers as well as all related resources, following company procedure to develop new projects based on customer & design specification.
2.Take ownership for assigned new projects, handle cost estimate, prototyping, initial production, business system setup, and process control documentation such as DFA, PFMEA etc.  under the project timeframe
3.Follow up new projects & make sure the tooling, fixtures, BOM, WI, etc. are ready before release to mass production.
4.Train operators on the production processes of the new products and assure the quality and safety
5.Any other tasks assigned by supervision.
