Job Description:
1. Lead high-power product mechanical and current rating design
领导高功率产品机械和电流额定设计，确保符合行业标准和客户要求
2. Mechanical design, mechanical and current rating simulation of high-power product
使用Pro/E、Solidworks和其他仿真软件进行高功率产品的机械设计、机械和电流额定仿真
3. Product DFMEA, verification, failure analysis and improvement
进行产品DFMEA、验证、故障分析和改进，确保产品的可靠性和质量
4. Complete the product development and verification per development schedule
根据制定的开发计划完成产品开发和验证任务
5. Committee information research and collection, technical trends analysis for new product development
进行委员会信息研究和收集，分析新产品开发的技术趋势，并向产品开发团队提供建议
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical/electronics/electrical majors with good studies.
本科及以上学历，机械、电子、电气或相关专业，学术成绩优秀。
2. Good at Pro/E, Solidworks, current rating simulation software
熟练掌握Pro/E、Solidworks和电流额定仿真软件。
3. Result driven and be able to work independently under pressure
结果导向的个人，能够在压力下独立工作以满足项目截止日期。
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够有效地与跨职能团队合作。
5. Good command of English skills in written, reading
