Sales & Marketing Director
Requirement:  
Previous experience with retail chain
shops or retail counters for sales of
consumer products
or
Experience driving China domestic sales
of Cosmetics and skincare products.  
Beneficial but not required:
Experience at expanding retail counters,
boutique or chain shops.  
Experience at online sales and marketing
Experience at Social Media marketing
Experience at ";Street/Event Promotion";
style of marketing
Experience at recruiting, training,
motivating and managing skin care counter sales girls
Job Description:
Candidate will help us with a soft launch
of our skin care brand in up to 30
pharmacy counters and/or 10 boutique
shops plus online sales.  
Supervise recruiting and training of sales
girls
Supervise marketing materials
Supervise promotion and advertising
Supervise launch of online sales and
online marketing
Supervise social media marketing
Establish CRM program
Supervise PR and Media outreach
Candidate will be willing to travel as the
company grows and sales expand around
Guangdong province and ultimately into
other provinces.  
Salary:    
Base salary of Y10,000 per month plus
incentives for sales performance.
